Zen table is inspired by a blurred moment in nature, the image of a gigantic wood forest and the serenity we can find for a few moments in such places through connecting with our own humanity and understanding the scale of our bodies compared to the universe.
The table’s design is intended to capture this moment through its slow proportions, infinite lines and its special feature: the removable carved-out tray that’s allowing the light to pass through the table top from above like the sunlight passing down between the crowns at the clearing.
Made out of solid oak wood, the symbol of longevity, stability and honesty, with the staining options of sheer white (pure light), sheer black (the absence of light) and natural wood color.
